Kyra’s Collection

What started as a simple grocery shopping trip with her mom grew to be a mission of creativity and generosity. Amy Peters’ daughter has talent for designing jewelry just like her.

One day while Kyra was out with her mom, she realized that she wanted to do something to help others in the world. Her idea came from Amy’s teachings of awareness in the decisions we make everyday. Kyra decided to design a line of jewelry all on her own. She used precious metal clay and traditional metalsmithing techniques in her process. Other than soldering, Kyra has done all of the work on this collection including making logo and packaging decisions.

So why create her own jewelry line? To raise and donate money to charity. Yes, Kyra even came up with the types of charities that she wanted to help out. Mom assisted her with the specifics. By the way, did I mention that this amazing gal is just 8 years old?
