Start a Riot!

Okay, well not an ACTUAL riot…However, after seeing this shop and sporting these wears, you may just have to think twice about that.

When Jason Reed contacted me about Sub Urban Riot, I knew I’d be hooked on this site instantly. Fresh designs, handmade goods, a little bit of funky and a good heart that makes donations all mixed together. A company who believes in supplying endless fun in an otherwise serious world..sounds like my kinda place!

Everything you see at Sub Urban Riot’s shop is custom made in Los Angeles. Originally from Portland, this talented bunch actually do MAKE the clothing. Yes, from their custom paterns and designs the fabric is cut and sewn in their shop in Venice and take great pride in the quality they serve up. Fit-wise the clothing does run on the slimmer side. For women you’ll find sizes running from XS-L and S-XL for men, with an occasional XXL for certain men’s designs.

I happen to have received a shirt from Jason. I tried it on right away and knew that it would be a favorite. The 100% cotton top is super soft and has an ultra-cool screen print on the side. Behind the clothing at the shop and music is a generous company. Sub Urban Riot is a member of 1% For The Planet, a group that facilitates businesses giving 1% of all sales revenues to charities and organizations that benefit the natural environment. As if I didn’t have enough reason to love these guys!

Head over now and visit Sub Urban Riot. There are a bunch of new items that are just about ready to ship out so browse around and place your orders now. Remember, this is good shopping (think of the donations)! Keep an eye out for this site and show them your support, as they also have a new homepage that should be ready early next month.
