Split Obsession

Last week I took a little trip to the Koko Marina Shopping Center and knew that I had to drop by Split Obsession. I kept hearing all this great stuff about the shop from a friend who is constantly buying the coolest things from there. I was not at all disappointed that I had the chance to browse around the part-art, part-fashion boutique.

I met Bruce Chin and had such a fun time chatting it up with him that I knew Split Obsession would be a new favorite of mine. Along with his girlfriend, Erica Apana, Bruce has created a world that is ‘split’ in two and has something for everyone who stops in. Yes, there is something to keep both the guys and the gals occupied there.

As I checked out the goods I was immediately drawn to the variety of items they carried. In the store you’ll find familiar companies such as Paul Frank. However, I was most pleased to see that Bruce and Erica had managed to bring amazingly talented independent artists to the islands. I saw clothing from Random Nicole and Amet and Sasha, wallets by Poketo and artwork by Buff Monster. So whether you’re looking for vinyl toys, jewelry or clothing you are definitely in for a treat at Split Obsession. Check out their eclectic mix of awesomeness at the shop and say hello to Bruce while you’re there.
