Order Me Some Popcorn

There are a couple of movies that I would like to see.  The Darjeeling Limited, Margot at the Wedding and Juno.  I haven’t had a chance to catch any of them but would love to hear what you thought of them if you did.  I’ve already downloaded my Juno album from iTunes and am loving it.  In fact, that’s what I’m listening to as I write this post.  Here’s the trailer (or you can click on the links above and they’ll take you to the trailers at Apple).

Just saw “Juno” on Christmas and it’s a real charmer. Everyone in the theatre was laughing together and just caught up in the snappy dialogue and in Ellen Page’s performance. You should see it as soon as you can.

Juno is such a wonderful movie–made me get a little teary-eyed but in a good way, sorta like the way I felt at the end of The Pursuit of Happyness.

Of the three, I only saw Juno and I loved it. It was not at all what I was expecting and actually made me think. It’s strange, 16 year olds can be so clueless, yet so wise beyond their years at the same time. There’s something special in finding someone that you enjoy being around. My favorite line in the movie (which is also in some of the trailers) is when Juno tells Bleeker that he’s the coolest guy without even trying and he says that he actually tries really hard. It was so honest. sigh.

I also love the soundtrack and need to take some time to download it myself.

I haven’t seen it, but I’ve heard a lot of people I know say Juno was really good.

Darjeeling was beautiful. funny at the most random times and moments. It’s a really visual movie - not so much dialogue. So great. Those three were my must sees as well and I cannot wait to see Juno especially.
