dVider
For the most part I try and be a good girl. I do my best to play by the rules. The rules of my apartment lease say that I’m not allowed to put anything on the walls. That means no painting, no hanging of art or photos, not even vinyl stickers that are removable. I say boo to that! If I had my way I would: 1) live in a bigger apartment that is more of an open studio/working space (think open loft style); 2) be able to paint my walls and hang whatever I’d like (within reason); 3) use the room dividers and stickers from dVider.
Oh, if only…
For now, however, I can pine for the removable vinyl stickers that dVider stocks. In addition to what they make, designer Alexander Dawson is the latest guest artist series participant. His set will be available only through October 31.
dVider is a design studio based in Brooklyn that was started in 2002 by Max Darby. She began by wanting to have the perfect modular room divider. After much thought, Max realized that color and design were much needed for the space splitters. This is where the amazing sticker designs come in. Here are a few of my faves…

Nature 01: $47.00; Pattern 07: $42.00:
ps - all of these stickers come in a variety of colors. Check them out because they really make the designs pop and would look lovely on either plain white or fun bright walls.
