Recycled Wood Art.

You have probably seen me feature Karl‘s clothing on here many times. He’s one of those guys whose work I just can’t get enough of. So, of course, when I saw the recycled wood installations he added to the shop recently, I knew it had to be featured here. I mean, come on, a polar bear with a tie {$200.00} and a shark wearing a jean jacket {$125.00}!?! Seriously. Karl took his original large scale drawings and mounted them on recycled wood. The polar bear, Mr. Stemke, is 16×48 inches and the shark is 34×14 inches. They even come with eye hooks so you can put ‘em up on the wall when they arrive. I love them all, but here’s a peek at the two I chose to share with you. Oh, you’re welcome.

Very lovely! I like the idea that it is all white with black outline placed in somewhere colorful like a forest!

The contrast in these pictures is the one responsible for its beauty! I like it a lot.
