warming up.

Today it is supposed to be around 80 degrees here in the Bay Area and even warmer tomorrow. While there are people who hate the heat, I have a smile on my face. I am a Hawaii girl, you know, and I dream of days when the sun is shining and my fingers and toes aren’t frozen. My guess is that people will call in sick and head to the beach {and others will be lounging shirtless at the parks – you know what I’m talking about}. Oh, to be at a beach back home…

   I’ve already started hearing complaints about how “sweltering” it is.

   Have they so quickly forgotten we’ve had 10 months of winter?!
