for the past few years i’ve been following suzie‘s journey as she grew her company of handmade wares. handbags and accessories grew to also include jewelry and more. in the future she hopes to expand to carry other handmade brands and eventually apparel. i was more than excited to see an announcement for the grand opening of the new bees’netta online boutique.

so i know i sound like a broken record and all, but being a hawai‘i girl i’m pretty much always cold here in san francisco. i basically never have my legs exposed. i’m in jeans and leggings, wear tights under dresses and even my workout pants are below the knee. but since i take the bus to get to where i need to go, being in my workout pants outside leaves me shivering. i was thinking that i should look at getting some leg warmers and then stumbled upon this pair…

i was excited to hear that ban.do was asked to design some new iphone cases for anthropologie. there’s definitely a design for all of us because they’ve gone with pretty monograms, a painterly leaf, and a cute scallop print.
i got a lotta hair. i used to let it grow just a bit and then i’d chop it all off. and color it. yup, i was that girl that the stylist would have fun with because i wasn’t afraid. my hair grows fast, after all. the problem is that if you like short hairstyles and have fast-growing hair, it’s hard to maintain. upkeep takes time and money. so…i’ve let it grow. and it’s long. like, down-my-back-and-near-the-top-of-my-ass-long! so i’m constantly always on the lookout now for cute accessories to make myself look someone presentable.
one of my favorite sites is just lovely things. she’s got a bunch of styles and i adore ones that do double-duty {as a pin/brooch or a clip for your hair}!

oh, boy! even though i’m not a smoker, i am definitely a fan of this new smoke & kisses bobbi pin set over at ban.do. i mean, it’s all sparkly and oh-so-ban.do-like. i think it would be cute for the holidays {new year’s eve party, maybe?}…
because i can never post too many things that feature animals in the same day, right? yeah. love this zoo crew set over at tattly. you know, in case you don’t wanna commit…
