i love me some emerson fry. but you know this already, don’t you. i mean, i gush and i drool each and every single damn time a new collection arrives. this time is no different. i want it all. no, really. a few things have already sold out since the first round of items were released, and i’m sure these will go fast, too {they always do}…
i cannot get enough of wearing leggings {you get a duo pack!} because of the comfort. plus, there’s an ease of dressing them up or wearing them casual. oh, and that cozy sweater.
i love a shoe, bag, well, just about anything when it’s that perfect shade of red. and that jacket. oh, that jacket. i am in love with it. it looks comfortable and that color…oh, it must be mine!
who doesn’t love a big ring?! and this tunic is the perfect top to throw on when you need something quick and easy that looks good {how great is that pattern, by the way}.
i have a thing for children’s boutiques and the kid section of any store. maybe it’s because i love kids or maybe it’s because i am slightly envious of the beautiful design elements that i feel were lacking when i was a child. recently, i fell in love with this new online shop, sunday in color. boy, am i in trouble…
the shop has a carefully curated collection of the owner’s favorite toys, games, stationery, and decor items from different countries. france, thailand, japan, belgium, and the netherlands all make the cut of sonia’s must-have items for kids. i, of course, want it all for myself {nothing wrong with me wanting a big piggy, right?!}!
i never can get enough of little critters on things. on anything, really. it can be on clothing, a bag, a dish, a pen, a notebook…well, you get the point. so while i checked out modcloth {like i always do} i chose some favorite items that had animals on display…
it’s no secret that i have a thing for items with animals on them or things that are shaped like animals. if there’s a bag with dogs on it, a sweater with a penguin or elephant on it {i have one of each}, or a tape dispenser shaped like an elephant {yup. it’s on my desk}…well, then i am drawn to it. lately i’ve been playing the game of “add to cart” over one of the cutest dresses i’ve ever seen. the fabric pattern? squirrels! oh, and it will be mine. i’ll show you the proof one day. but for now i’m totally loving this squirrel cup and tea towel…
i love fun colored shoes and accessories since my clothing contains a lot of muted tones. to complete the look i’d probably throw on a cardigan or maybe a boyfriend jacket for a different feel and add a favorite pair of earrings. done! hmmm…i really may need that dress.
i’m digging these new pieces janick’s got in her shop. the hearts are super cute and the bright colors of one of her signature topo designs are perfect for the {hopefully} sunny days ahead…
have you heard of the joy of ex foundation? it was started by sally beerworth back in may 2011 after writing a funny novel to make herself giggle a bit after her divorce. well, that turned in to the foundation, and a group on facebook to help folks smile more and when people wanted merchandise featuring her silly quotes…this is what happened {be sure to check out the whole story – super fun!}…
since the last time i posted about my love of eva franco‘s line at modcloth, more has been added to the shop. and once again i am smitten. her designs are so ladylike and i love the cuts she uses. so here are some of my favorites as i continue on my quest to incorporate more dresses into my wardrobe…
