every evening and morning i check the weather out online. i know, i know. it may not seem out of the ordinary for most people, but if you come from a place like hawai’i where the weather is pretty even all year around {no planning on how many layers to pile on}, well. i was really excited because i thought it would get warm this week. of course, when i checked this morning the forecast had been off and is now going to be cooler than i hoped for {but i think i see the sun}. so i thought i’d go pretend i was back home and see what’s new at fighting eel. here’s a peek from their spring collection…

are you going to be in honolulu this weekend {wish i were home right now!}? first friday in chinatown is happening and you can check out organik clothing‘s pop-up shop at super citizen. they’ll be offering 20% off all organik gear tonight {friday, november 4} from 5 – 10pm.

ps – organik will also be serving up deschutes brewing co handcrafted beers including green lakes certified organic beer.

my loves, i am super duper excited to share this with you. if you’ve been a reader since way back when, you’ll know i used to have a jewelry line called on a friday. when i left home to venture out to san francisco i had temporarily shut down my site. or it was supposed to be temporary. well, three+ years later, i am proud to announce that i have finally, finally relaunched on a friday a little over one week ago. it has been a lot of fun, a lot of work, a lot of restyling of the look of the site {and business cards, packaging, etc. – read about it here}. thanks to lindsay, of course, i am once again able to have a shiny new shop that i am thrilled about. i hope that you’ll enjoy it! here’s a peek…
