Congratulations to Stu and Janet on the opening of their brick and mortar space last weekend!

They put a huge amount of work to transform an old wool mill space…

in to this…

Gorgeous, right? Those were some of the photos from their opening day. Located in Manayunk, a neighborhood in the northwestern section of Philadelphia, the store hours are Fridays and Saturdays from 12 – 7 pm. If you can’t make it, you can still check them out online.
So, who wants to take a trip to Philly with me?

There are so many sites that I have bookmarked that I sometimes forget to go back to them. When I revisited Noun, I remembered why it held a spot on my favorites list. Located in Portalnd, Oregon, Stephanie Sheldon and her husband Thomas opened this gorgeous shop on Belmont Street in 2006. Much of their inventory is new and/or local, yet I am intrigued by the vintage pieces currently listed on their site…

I have said this so many times already and you know I’ll keep saying it. I mean, how can I ignore the fact that Janet and Stu never fail to stock Three Potato Four with the most amazing vintage finds. Each time I open my inbox and see the “shop update” email, I rush over to their site. I am always in love with and have a wish list in mind of what I’d like to have pop up on my front door. Here’s the most recent batch of finds currently at their shop…

And how I wish I had been able to grab this handsome guy {he’s been scooped up by someone lucky}…

Confession: I am currently obsessed with shirts that look like they’ve been taken from a guy’s closet. You know the ones I’m talking about, right? The big, baggy button down shirts. In fact, I wore one yesterday that had blue and white pinstripes. Heck, I may even wear one again today! I realize that I’ve built a little collection and have decided I’m perfectly fine with it. They’re cute, you can move in them, and paired with the right shoes and accessories can have a sexy feminine feel. And have I mentioned that they are oh-so-comfy? Here are a few favorite boyfriend-inspired items I found on Etsy…
